I Squared Announces Closing of Infrastructure Investment Fund
I Squared Capital just announced it closed a $3 billion infrastructure investment fund, the biggest yet in 2015.
The fund, called ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund, has so far made eight investments across twenty-two assets, including a pair of hydropower plants in Ohio, as well as gas-fired power plants under construction and district energy systems. I Squared has also started making a big splash in emerging economy projects, including wastewater treatment plants in China and a tollroad in India.
The company has offices in New York, Houston, London, New Delhi, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
